Nathan C. New, PE Kimley-Horn Richardson Office Leader
Nathan graduated from Texas A&M in 2003 with a degree in Civil Engineering and has been working at Kimley-Horn for 18 years. Nathan worked in the Houston and Dallas offices before being asked to help open the Kimley-Horn Richardson office in 2022. Nathan is responsible for maintaining a traffic engineering practice while also serving in a leadership role for the office. Nathan’s clients range from a variety of public and private sector clients including municipalities, TxDOT, transit authorities, and counties in all areas of Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning. His experience includes traffic operations, signal design, ITS planning and design, signal timing, operations modeling, feasibility studies, and various other traffic-related studies. Nathan has worked on projects in over 30 Texas cities and seven different TxDOT districts statewide.

The Club operates its Flag Program with the support of local Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Jr. ROTC detachment members who share in the revenue. Net proceeds benefit Richardson Rotary Foundation’s college scholarships (over $500,000 committed to 93 recipients since 1983), plus various club-supported programs and charities.
