Our Speaker: Regina Edwards
District 5810 Governor 2024-2025
Regina is a member and Chair of the Past Presidents of the Rotary Club of Carrollton-Farmers Branch, Texas, where she has served numerous years as the International Service Director. At the District level, she has held several positions including three years as an Assistant Governor, three years as International Service Chair, and three years as a Foundation Committee Member. She has been a Rotarian for 27 years and has completed 25+ International Service trips to 6 countries (Jamaica, Mexico, Tahiti, New Zealand, Dominican Republic, and Honduras). She is a Paul Harris Fellow, a Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member, and a Rotary Benefactor. She enjoys mentoring and volunteering with many organizations and is proud to be a Gold/First Class Girl Scout.
Regina was born and raised in Southwest Missouri. She graduated from Baylor University with a BBA and JD. She has worked 30+ years as a municipal attorney. Her husband Ken is a retired semiconductor test engineer and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Their oldest son Austin is a graduate of Baylor with a BBA in Marketing and will begin his MBA this fall at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M. Their youngest son Luke will be a junior at Mays majoring in Supply Chain Management and is a member of the Rotaract Club at A&M. Both are Eagle Scouts. They grew up in Rotary enjoying many International Service trips and were very active in Interact at Newman Smith High School in Carrollton. Regina believes Rotary should be a pathway for a family to serve locally and internationally and to grow together.
Sign up year-round. Subscriptions continue for a full calendar year and flags will be placed on each of the next five deployments. No matter when you sign up, you will receive five flag deployments. All for $50/year!
