"Todd Little is the Executive Director of NCTCOG.  The Executive Director is appointed by the Executive Board and is responsible for management of the Agency, including staff support for the Executive Board. As the Chief Executive and Administrative Officer, the Executive Director's primary mission is to effectively and efficiently carry out the policies and directives of the Executive Board and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Agency. The Executive Director's office maintains all records of the Board, including the official minutes, resolutions, bylaws and committee appointments. Flag Program

Sign up year-round. Subscriptions continue for a full calendar year and flags will be placed on each of the next five deployments. No matter when you sign up, you will receive five flag deployments. All for $50/year!

The Club operates its Flag Program with the support of local Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Jr. ROTC detachment members who share in the revenue. Net proceeds benefit Richardson Rotary Foundation’s college scholarships (over $500,000 committed to 93 recipients since 1983), plus various club-supported programs and charities.
