August 3, 2026: Kenny Thomas, GM DFW PTSD Foundation of America
The PTSD Foundation of America is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping combat Veterans and their families heal from the effects of post-traumatic stress. Through Camp Hope and community outreach, the Foundation provides housing, peer support, crisis intervention, and other services to prevent Veteran suicide and help Veterans rebuild their lives. Since 2005, the organization has served more than 16,000 Veterans and their families, offering hope, healing, and a path toward lasting recovery.
August 10, 2026: DFW Airport - Ricky Griffin, Assistant Vice President, Integrated Operations Center
Ricky Griffin is a proven aviation operations leader with more than 12 years of experience at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Ricky began his career in Customer Experience as a Guest Relations Coordinator, where a passion for service excellence quickly propelled him into the role of Project Coordinator. In that capacity, Ricky led initiatives that strengthened the passenger experience and supported airport-wide service innovation.
He later advanced to lead the Experience Hub team, guiding its successful integration into the airport’s Integrated Operations Center (IOC). Today, Ricky serves as Assistant Vice President of the IOC, where he oversees the IOC Management team and directs complex, cross‑functional operational strategies. His leadership centers on optimizing processes, elevating real‑time decision-making, and fostering strong stakeholder collaboration to ensure DFW Airport operates with world‑class precision.
In 2023, Ricky was honored as a recipient of the Airport Business 40 Under 40 award, recognizing his industry impact, forward‑thinking leadership, and meaningful contributions to the future of airport operations.
Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and remains deeply committed to advancing operational excellence, empowering diverse teams, and shaping the next generation of leaders in the aviation industry.

Sign up year-round. Subscriptions continue for a full calendar year and flags will be placed on each of the next five deployments. No matter when you sign up, you will receive five flag deployments. All for $50/year!
The Club operates its Flag Program with the support of local Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Jr. ROTC detachment members who share in the revenue. Net proceeds benefit Richardson Rotary Foundation’s college scholarships (over $500,000 committed to 93 recipients since 1983), plus various club-supported programs and charities.
