Ross Rolirad - Rotary Foundation District 5810 Chairman
Ross is a retired Control Systems Engineer having worked mainly in the oil production, refining and petrochemical industries. He and his spouse, Sharon, love travel! His engineering career along with their retirement travels have taken him to all 7 continents and over 100 countries, so far. Ross and Sharon are both 23 year Rotarians, Major Donors and Multiple Paul Harris Fellows who have served as Club Presidents and most other Club positions. He is currently Foundation Chair for the Fairview Rotary Club and Polio-Plus Chairperson for District 5810. Ross has participated in two Polio Eradication National Immunization Days (NIDs) which saw him traveling to Ethiopia and India to help immunize children in those countries. His goal was to document those trips and bring those experiences to other Rotarians, creating awareness and acting as an advocate for Rotary's Polio-Plus efforts - to help keep the funds coming into The Rotary Foundation so Rotary can fulfill their goal of finally eradicating Polio Worldwide.
