Methodist Richardson Medical Center Update

Jan Arrant is the Director of Community and Public Relations at Methodist Richardson Medical Center. She joined Methodist in 2015, after a 29-year career in TV journalism.

The driving force for her has always been to do just one thing – make a difference. Jan is very involved in the community. She is the 2023 Chair of the Richardson Chamber, and also serves on the Wylie Chamber Board of Directors.

In 2016, she was named Outstanding Woman of Today by Altrusa of Richardson. Jan is a proud member of Leadership Richardson, Class 32. She also served as an LR advisor (ROC), was on the Leadership Richardson Alumni Association Board and chaired the Leadership Richardson Advisory Board.

When she’s not at work or at a community event, you’ll most likely find Jan at home with her boys, Todd, and Rocco (Rocco the amazing rescue dog). Otherwise, she might be at the driving range, trying out the latest gadget to fix her unfortunate golf swing.
