Methodist Richardson Hospital Yoga Studio Opening

Meetingis at the hospital on West Campbell Road where we will celebrate the opening of the new Yoga studio.  We will begin the meeting at 11:00 am instead of noon.  Here is the proposed flipped agenda:  

• 11:00 meeting starts with welcome/opening comments.
• 11:10 MRMC welcomes guests and Introduces BH staff. Points out the details of the project Rotary supported. 
• 11:15 Introduce Yoga as therapy, host demo/participate in yoga with one instructor doing a seated-in-a-chair option, and wrap with Q&A.   
• 11:35 Dismiss yoga/ Rotary resumes their business.  LUNCH in the large meeting space outside the Yoga studio.
• 12:10 Completely clear space directing any lingering guests to the Foundation office or alt site for dessert. (Aim for 12:05)
• Rachel and Page will stay to help get space cleaned so patient session is not disturbed.
